Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LLM Voice ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

LLM Voice is a voice-based iOS application that enables hands-free conversations with AI language models. The App connects to third-party AI services to provide speech-to-text, language model responses, and text-to-speech functionality.

Requirements

To use the App, you need:

• An iOS device running iOS 16.0 or later
• Valid API keys from supported AI service providers (OpenAI, Deepgram, Anthropic, etc.)
• An active internet connection

API Keys and Third-Party Services

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys from third-party AI service providers
• You must comply with the terms of service of each third-party provider you use
• You are responsible for any costs incurred from using third-party APIs
• We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Deepgram, Anthropic, or any other AI service provider

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass safety measures of AI services
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Availability of third-party services

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Costs incurred from third-party API usage
• Actions taken based on AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or third-party service failures

AI-Generated Content

• AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
• You should not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice
• You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated information

Intellectual Property

• The App and its original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
• You retain ownership of your conversation data stored on your device

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
