LLM Voice ("the App") is a voice-based iOS application that enables hands-free conversations with AI language models. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Voice Recordings

When you use the App, your voice is recorded and processed to enable conversation with AI models. Voice recordings are:

• Captured temporarily during active conversations
• Transmitted to third-party speech-to-text services for transcription
• Not permanently stored on our servers (we do not operate servers)

Conversation Data

Your conversation history (text transcripts and AI responses) is:

• Stored locally on your device
• Not transmitted to us or any third party beyond the AI service providers
• Under your complete control - you can delete it at any time through the App

API Keys

If you provide your own API keys for AI services:

• Keys are stored securely in your device's Keychain
• Keys are never transmitted to us
• Keys are only used to authenticate with the respective AI services

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services to function:

OpenAI

• Purpose: Language model responses (ChatGPT) and text-to-speech
• Data shared: Text transcripts of your speech, conversation context

Deepgram

• Purpose: Real-time speech-to-text transcription
• Data shared: Audio stream of your voice during conversations

Anthropic

• Purpose: Alternative language model responses (Claude)
• Data shared: Text transcripts of your speech, conversation context

Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored locally on your device
• We do not operate servers and do not collect any personal data
• Sensitive information (API keys) is stored in iOS Keychain
• Data transmitted to third-party services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS)

Your Rights and Controls

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete conversation history: Available within the App settings
• Delete the App: Removes all locally stored data from your device
• Manage API keys: Add, update, or remove API keys at any time

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
